USER agrees to hold
TERRA SPASE, INC. harmless from any and all liability in excess
of the total compensation paid to TERRA SPASE, INC. for the use
of the information contained on their web site.

Under no
circumstances shall TERRA SPASE, INC. be liable to USER for any
consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited
to loss of use or loss of profit, or claims of the customers of
the USER.

The limitations on
liability expressed in this Agreement shall apply even in the
event of the fault, negligence (in whole or part), breach of
contract or warranty, or otherwise, of the party whose liability
is limited, except for TERRA SPASE, INC.'s willful or fraudulent
misconduct these things apply no matter how charged.

Each individual
wishing to access this site must register separately. Each
registrant shall be granted site access based on a personal
