Terra Spase will help you obtain, orient, and overlay aerial photography and remotely sensed imagery with GIS data of your vineyard site. This photography and imagery can be useful in recording vine growth conditions, soil moisture status, and stress levels for any period of time during the growing season.

Combining imagery with ground based locations using Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment is a powerful way to improve vineyard monitoring. With these tools, Terra Spase will help you initiate site specific practices in your farming operations including fertilizer and pesticide applications and cultural practices such as leaf removal and irrigation.

Terra Spase also offers growers time series vine stress maps derived from color infrared and multi-spectral images, including Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and change detection or difference maps. Combining remotely sensed imagery with soil maps, rainfall, growing degree day, and temperature data could provide valuable insights for improved forecasting of crop yield, quality and harvest date.

Our data archives include color infrared, radar and thermal imagery, and the complete set of three meter resolution ADAR images collected in the NASA "GRAPES" project in 1995
