TOMORROW NIGHT...  Fair, but ptchy dense fogs in vlys.	

EXTENDED FORECAST...  Long warm dry spell. The rains are gone for now, but
they'll be back.  Chance for light rain on 1 Mar, then looks fair dry and warmer than 
normal thru 7th Mar. On 8-14th Mar the pattern will shift, and  a robust storm track 
appears to develop across central Calif.  Watch for plenty of rain and cold frosty 
condtns with this patternfollowing the 70 degree weather that will be occurring 
on multiple days this week and next....
